12/10/2018 · I don't think there's a way to turn PIA on and off from within KODI. I tried one of those launcher type add-ons in the past, but couldn't get it to work. Like the other guy said, you'll need to start PIA from your OS, then start KODI. When you want to turn it off, you can minimize KODI using the "/" command, turn off PIA, then use the "/" again. I would just leave PIA on at startup and learn
